10 Years of Discretionary Custodial Sentence and 125 Million Toman Pecunairy Punishment for 15 Kolbars in Sardasht + Evidence

Hengaw: Sardasht's Revolutionary Court sentenced 15 Kolbars to Confinement and pecunairy punishment on the charges of smuggling liquor.

On Monday, October 22, Sardasht's Revolutionary Court(first branch) held by Alireza Abbaspour sentenced 15 Kolbars, aggregately, to 9.6 years confinement and pecunairy punishment of 125 million Toman, based on the report of Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights.

Verdicts:

1- Kamal Alizadeh son of Karim was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 11.52 million Toman and 10 months custodial imprisonment.

2- Jamal Rahimi Son of Aziz was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 11.52 million Toman and 10 months custodial imprisonment.

3- Mohammad Rahimi son of Salim was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 7.64 million Toman and 8 months custodial imprisonment.

4- Reza Sahra Navard son of Mohammad Reza was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 7.64 million Toman and 8 months custodial imprisonment.

5- Zaniar Haji Khalani son of Rahman was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 7.64 million Toman and 8 months custodial imprisonment.

6- Mostafa Azizzade son of Qader was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 7.64 million Toman and 8 months custodial imprisonment.

7- Sadiq Faqeh Hasanpour was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 8.64 million Toman and 8 months custodial imprisonment.

8- Loqman Atash son of Mohammad Amin was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 7.68 million Toman and 8 months custodial imprisonment.

9- Omid Qorbanizadeh son of Ebrahim was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 5.76 million Toman and 6 months of custodial imprisonment.

10- Yousef Qorbanizade son of Ebrahim was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 5.76 million Toman and 6 months custodial imprisonment.

11- Keyvan Allah Moradi son of Hasan was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 5.76 and 6 months custodial imprisonment.

12- Zaniar Zare'i son of Abbas was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 5.76 million Toman and 6 months custodial imprisonment.

13- Saber Yahyapour son of Mostafa was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 5.28 million Toman and 6 months custodial imprisonment.

14- Shoresh Padrashi son of Mohammad Amin was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 11.52 million Toman and 10 months custodial imprisonment.

15- Sadiq Zhaleh son of Abdollah was sentenced to pecunairy punishment of 7.2 million Toman and 6 months custodial imprisonment.

The verdicts are to be objected and moved to a new trial to be reviewed in Urmia's Court within 20 days.
