Young Man from Ilam Dies Under Torture

Hengaw: A young man from Ilam died being tortured by the intelligence office of the city.

On Wednesday, October 24, a young man from Ilam died under torture after only 24 hours had past from his arrest by the intelligence forces of the city, based on the report of Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights.

The identity of the young man is Nematollah Cheraghi."The day before this incident, he had been arrested on the charge of thievery from a shepherd by Iran's police officers", a source close to Nematollah told Hengaw.

" Iran's security forces thretened the family not to make the case public and if anybody asked about their son, they must say it was a suicide", said a source with information.
