A citizen from Baneh identified as Hamed Mahmoudi, 38, who was previously sentenced to one year in prison for political activity by the judicial system, was arrested and taken to the central prison of this city.
According to the report received by Hengaw Human rights Organization, Hamed Mahmoudi was arrested on Saturday, August 20, 2022, after being summoned to the enforcement of sentences and is currently being kept in solitary confinement at Baneh prison.
Hamed Mahmoudi was previously sentenced to 1 year in prison by Branch 101 of the Baneh Criminal Court on charges of being a supporter of the Komala party.
