Kurdistan protests: identification of 9 detainees' identities in Oshnovieh, Saqqez, Kamiyaran, Sardasht, Piranshahr, and Takab

At least nine citizens, named Masoud Mohammadi, Sirvan Naserzadeh, Arman Hamidi, Mahan Abdullahi, Yunus Ahmadi, Rebin Aliari, Ali Mohammad Arshad, Soran Sulaimanpour, and Fardin Allah-Muradi, were detained by security forces during the recent demonstrations against the state-kill of Zhina Amini.

According to information received by  Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, two Oshnovieh citizens named Masoud Mohammadi and Sirvan Naserzadeh were detained by security forces on September 29, 2022, and their whereabouts are unknown.

Also, Rebin Aliyari, 28, from Sardasht, was arrested by security forces during the protests against the state-kill of Zhina Amini, on Thursday, 22 September 2022.

On Saturday, October 1, the security forces detained Mahan Abdullahi, 24, of Saqqez, and Arman Hamidi, of Kamyaran on Sunday, October 2, at their homes. Their fates remain unknown.

Furthermore, Ali Muhammad Arashadi, from piranshahr, was arrested by security forces, On Sunday, September 25. There is no accurate information about the fate and whereabouts of this citizen, and the follow-up of his family in this regard has been fruitless.

Younes Ahmadi, from Saqqez, was detained by the security forces after these arrests and taken somewhere unidentified.
 

Fardin Allah Moradi, a Kurdish resident of Takab-Urmia province, was detained by the security forces and taken to the Urmia Central Prison.

Soran Sulaimanpour, a teenager from Rabat near Sardasht city in Urmia province who was detained by security authorities last week, has also been released.
