Agents of the intelligence agencies of the Islamic Republic of Iran abducted three men from Takab named Azad Iranpour, Sirwan Malekian, and Milad Jahangiri.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, three men from Takab city, West Azerbaijan Province (Urmia), named Azad Iranpour, Sirwan Malekian, and Milad Jahangiri, were violently kidnapped by government forces.

Until the time of writing this news, detailed information about the accusations against these three Kurdish citizens, their fate, and whereabouts were not available, and the follow-ups by their families in this regard have been unsuccessful.

Hengaw Organization requests that the general public assist human rights media in publicizing cases of protestors' arrest and kidnapping by Iranian forces in order to prevent the hostages' unknown destiny and the psychological and physical threat they face.

Undoubtedly, refusing to publish these cases by the authorities, given the IRI's history of exerting pressure, torturing, getting forced confessions, and forcing disappearances, exposes the detainees' predicament to more threats.
