At least six detainees of the Sardasht city popular resistance, named Soran Sulaimanpour (17), Peshwa Ahmadi (16), Arman Tobekar (21), Aram Tobekar (23), Shahriar Hasanpour (21), and Armin Molani (18), were sentenced to imprisonment, flogging, and fines by the Islamic Republic's judicial system.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, these six citizens were sentenced on October 26, 2022, by Branch 101 of Criminal Court 2, Sardasht, on charges of disturbing public order.

According to the verdict, Arman Tobekar was sentenced to two years and one day of imprisonment; Shahriar Hasanpour and Aram Tobekar were each sentenced to eight months imprisonment and 74 lashes; Soran Sulaimanpour, Peshwa Ahmadi, and Armin Molani were each sentenced to pay a fine of 2.5 million tomans.
