Hengaw: Wednesday, December 21, 2022.
Amin Qobadian, a detained Kurdish citizen from Ilam, has been subjected to severe torture in addition to psychological pressure for nearly a month.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, there is no information about the general condition of Amin Qabadian, 30 years old, who is a building painter, 28 days after his arrest.
According to an informed source in Ilam, this citizen has been tortured many times during his detention to obtain a forced confession.
Amin Qobadian was arrested by Iranian government forces at his workplace on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, and was denied access to basic rights during his detention.
Forced confession, as a confession under pressure outside the court, in addition to its inhumane nature, lacks validity in the process of discovering the truth and issuing a judicial verdict.
