Follow-up efforts to learn Nassir Fegheh Isa's fate and whereabouts have been unsuccessful for nearly two months since his abduction by Iranian government forces.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Iranian government forces kidnapped Nassir Fegheh Isa on Sunday, October 30, 2022, in the city of Mahabad.
According to a source close to Fegheh Isa's family, 24 hours after Nassir's abduction, an Iranian government agency based in Urmia made a phone call to the family of this citizen, during which it was only mentioned that he was being held by this agency.
Despite the follow-ups carried out by the family of this abducted citizen, until now there has been no accurate information about his fate and whereabouts, and his family's efforts in this regard have been fruitless.
It should be noted that Nassir Fagheh Isa has been deprived of the right to access a lawyer for the past two months.
