The Iranian institutions have detained a Kurdish child named Ehsan Mohammadi from Oshnavieh for 90 days, which has caused the family deep concerns about his health.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Ehsan Mohammadi, 16 years old and a native of the "Mirabad" district of Oshnavieh city, has been detained and interrogated in government institutions for three months.
Throughout his detention, this child has been denied access to a designated lawyer and basic rights, including face-to-face visits with his family.
Ehsan Mohammadi was arrested on Monday, October 10, 2022, by the intelligence forces of the IRGC.
After spending a long period in detention and being under interrogation in this government institution, he was transferred to Urmia prison.
