Three Paveh 16-year-olds, Mohammad Valadbeigi, Heja Soleimani, and Arin Mahmoudi, have been subjected to severe torture in Paveh and Kermanshah (Kermashan) government detention facilities for a month.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Arin Mahmoudi, Mohammad Valadbeighi, and Heja Soleimani were tortured in IRGC intelligence detention centers in order to obtain a forced confession. These three 16-year-old boys are in critical condition.
An eyewitness told Hengaw: "During the transfer of these children from the detention center of the IRGC Intelligence to Kermanshah, injuries and bruises were seen on their hands and faces."
Arin Mahmoudi, Mohammad Valadbeigi, and Heja Soleimani were arrested in Paveh by IRGC intelligence in mid-December 2022, and after a period of interrogation and torture, they were transferred to one of Kermanshah's detention centers in Naft Square.
Recently, Hengaw announced the arrest of 11 children and teenagers under the age of 18 by the government forces in the cities of Kurdistan during the first week of this year.
