The identities of six more citizens, named Ghader Mohammadpour, Mohsen Ghaderi, Wafa Rasouli-Azar, Mobin Hosseinzadeh, Fakhreddin Omidfar, and Ghader Omidfar, were confirmed after the news coverage of the abducted people from Piranshahr.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Ghader Mohammadpour and Mohsen Ghaderi, residents of the village of Gazgasak, Piranshahr, were abducted by the government forces in their home on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Hengaw was previously informed about the abduction of another resident of this village, Sina Dashmir, 19.
At the same time, four more citizens, including Fakhreddin Omidfar, Ghader Omidfar, Wafa Rasouli-Azar, and Mobin Hosseinzadeh, were abducted by the security agencies.
The number of abducted people in Piranshahr on Wednesday, whose identities have been confirmed, increased to 12.
The names of the other five abductees are Taha Rasoulian, a civil activist; Ahmad Abdullahpour; Shaho Abdullahpour; Abdullah Ghanbarivand; and Mahmoud Ghanbarivand.
So far, no detailed information is available about the health status, location, and condition of the detained citizens after their abduction by government forces.
