According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Sherko Rawshani was taken to an unknown place after being kidnapped by government forces.
According to an informed source, the efforts of the relatives of this citizen to get information about him have been met with unresponsiveness from government institutions, and this issue has fueled concerns about the possibility of torture and his health.
During the entire period of detention, this citizen was deprived of the right to access a lawyer, a face-to-face meeting, and other basic rights.
Sherko Rawshani was abducted by government forces in Marivan city on Sunday, December 11, 2023.
