More than three weeks after the arrest of his older brother, Kazhwan Ghadermarzi was also arrested by government forces.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, Kazhwan Ghadermarzi, from Qorveh, was abducted by Iranian government forces. His brother, Mehrdad Ghadermarzi, was arrested by Iranian government forces on Monday, January 2, 2023.
The forces of the Intelligence Department confiscated two laptops and mobile phones of Mehrdad Ghadermarzi, as well as the mobile phones of Kazhwan and Masoud Ghadermarzi, his brother and father, along with a car belonging to their family.
According to the information provided to Hengaw, in answer to Masoud Ghadermarzi's appeal, they requested that he turn over his other son, Kazhwan Ghadermarzi, to these institutions in exchange for the return of the family's car and personal items.
