Parham Parvari, an engineer from Saqqez who was violently arrested by government forces during the protests in Tehran, is now being held at Fashafouyeh Prison without any further information about his fate. He was charged with Moharebeh (enmity against God) by the judiciary system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to reports received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, after five months, the court session of Parham Parvari is still suspended, and he is being held at Fashafouyeh Prison.

It should be mentioned that Parham Parvari, who was kept at Evin prison's Ward 209, informed his family on a brief phone call on January 4, 2023, that he had been transferred to the Fashafouyeh Prison.

Parham Parvari, the 25-year-old son of Mazhar, was charged with enmity against God on November 9, 2022, in the Evin courthouse in Tehran.

On October 3, 2022, Parham Parvati was violently detained by government forces while returning from work in the middle of widespread protests in Tehran.

Parham Parvari, a swimming coach who has won numerous championships at various levels, worked as an engineer for a Tehran-based engineering firm.

One of the most serious crimes under the Islamic Penal Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran is called Moharebeh (enmity against God), for which the death penalty and other horrific, barbaric punishments have been contemplated.
