Naeem Lashkari, a student of Khwarazmi University and a resident of Bijar city, had been arrested by government forces again and had sustained injuries requiring hospitalization due to torture by Iranian authorities.
According to a report received by the Hengaw organization for human rights on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, Naeem Lashkari was detained by Iranian government forces.
According to a source close to his family, Mr. Lashkari suffered fractures and injuries as a result of severe torture and was subsequently transferred to the Imam Hussain hospital in Bijar for medical treatment.
Furthermore, the same source revealed that Mr. Lashkari's arrest was due to his "posting a story on his personal page." It is noteworthy that Naeem Lashkari had previously been detained by authorities on October 27, 2022, during the "Jina" uprising.
