A citizen from "Shawaneh" village of Oshnavieh city named Hossein Shaboyi was arrested by the forces of the intelligence department of this city and taken to an unknown location.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the morning of Saturday, April 29, 2023, Hossein Shaboyi, a 48-year-old citizen from Oshnavieh, was arrested by the forces of the Intelligence Department of this city.
Until the time of this writing, detailed information about the reasons for the arrest, the charges, and the fate and whereabouts of Hossein Shaboyi had not been made available.
