The intelligence agency in Oshnavieh has taken Shwane Babakri in custody

Shwane Babakri from Oshnavieh (Shno) has been detained after being summoned to the intelligence agency office in Oshnavieh.
 

According to information obtained by the Hengaw organization for human rights, The arrest of Shavaneh Babakari, a 38-year-old married individual hailing from the village of "Kani Rash" in Oshnavieh county, took place on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023. 
 

An informed source, closely associated with Shwane Babakari's family, revealed that after complying to a summons received from the Intelligence Department in Oshnavieh, Mr, Babakri was subsequently detained on-site.
 

As of the time of this reporting, no details have emerged regarding the charges against Mr. Babakari or his current circumstances following the arrest.
 

It is important to note that Shwane Babakari's father, Rashid Babakari, known as "Rashid Mengur," was a former Kurdish political prisoner who faced execution in Urmia Central Prison in 1993.
