A Kurdish citizen from Mahabad, named Siavash Rozkhun, was taken to an unknown location by the Iranian government forces in this city.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Thursday, July 13, 2023, Siavash Rozkhon, from the village of "Kosekahriz" in Mahabad, was arrested by Iranian government forces at his family home in this city.
According to informed sources, Siavash Rozkhon was arrested without presenting any legal document, and the arrest was conducted by a violent and intimidating raid on his home with nearly 30 government forces.
It is worth noting that Siavash Rozkhon previously worked in one of the political parties of Kurdistan.
So far, there is no precise information about the charges against Siavash Rozkhon, his fate, and whereabouts since his arrest.
