Saman Yasin, the detained Kurdish singer and songwriter from Kermanshah, who is spending the 10th month of his detention in abeyance, released an audio message from Rajaie Shahr prison, emphasizing that he did not commit a crime and asking for the public's support.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, during the past few days, 27-year-old Saman Saidi, known as Saman Yasin, a Kurdish rapper and songwriter, emphasized by publishing a message that he has not committed any crime and that his arrest has no legal basis.
In a part of this message, Saman Yasin, while referring to Judge Salvati's failures in the proceedings of his case, says that Judge Salvati appointed a lawyer for him and at the same time prohibited this lawyer from perusing the case.
This protesting artist pointed out that "all these actions and lies were a tool to persecute" him, calling the judge of the case unjust and the court handling his case dishonest.

In another part of his speech, Saman Yasin stressed: "If I have done something, charge me with a crime, and if I have not done anything, release me. Why are you leaving me in abeyance? If you keep me in custody for another hundred years, nothing will come out of me because I have not done anything."
On October 29, 2022, this artist was sentenced to death by the General and Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Courts of Tehran for charges including "Moharebeh". (War Against God). This verdict was overturned in the Iranian Supreme Court, and his case was referred to the same branch for re-examination.
