Arshak Qeysarbeygi, a 15-year-old Kurdish boy from Ilam, was temporarily released from the Ilam Rehabilitation Center after being detained for nearly a month upon posting a bail of one billion Tomans.
 

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, Arshak Qeysarbeygi, a 15-year-old resident of Sarablah city, Ilam, was temporarily released from the Ilam Youth Rehabilitation Center with a bail of one billion Tomans pending the conclusion of the proceedings.
 

In a previous report concerning the torture of this child, Hengaw stated: "Arshak Qeysarbeygi was subjected to torture by the personnel of the Sarableh Intelligence Department and coerced into signing a blank sheet without any written content."
 

On Thursday, June 29, 2023, Arshak Qeysarbeygi was apprehended by Iranian forces from the Sarableh Intelligence Department. Following his interrogation at the government detention center, he was subsequently transferred to the Ilam Youth Rehabilitation Center.
 

Notably, during the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadi" movement in 2022, Arshak Qeysarbeygi was apprehended by Iranian government forces in the city of Sarablah. Afterward, he was eventually released after posting bail
