The summoning and re-arrest of ten Kurdish citizens in Ilam

Safura Maleki, Azim Yadegari, Hossein Bapirvand, Sadollah Ayini, Farshad Ayini, and Saeed Jamshidi, six residents of Dehloran, as well as Naser Rezaei, Naeim Raisi, and Mohammad Daniali, residents of Abdanan, along with Dr. Bakhtiar Mohammadzadeh from Darreh Shahr, were summoned by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran and subsequently rested.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights,In the early hours of Sunday, August 13, 2023, Safura Maleki, Azim Yadegari, Hossein Bapirvand, Sadollah Ayini, Farshad Ayini, and Saeed Jamshidi—six individuals from Dehloran—along with Naser Rezaei, Naeim Raisi, and Mohammad Daniali, residents of Abdanan, as well as Dr. Bakhtiar Mohammadzadeh Shahr, were arrested subsequent to being summoned and appearing before the Dehloran city court.
According to reliable sources, following a brief interrogation at the Dehloran city court, these ten Kurdish citizens were subsequently transferred to the Ilam Intelligence Agency. So far, comprehensive details regarding the rationale behind summoning and apprehending these ten Kurdish activists remain unavailable.
Safura Maleki, Azim Yadegari, Hossein Bapirvand, Sadollah Ayini, Farshad Ayini, and Saeed Jamshidi, along with Naser Rezaei, Naeim Raisi, Mohammad Daniali, and Dr. Bakhtiar Mohammadzadeh, had previously been apprehended by Iranian government forces during the nationwide protests (Jin, Jiyan, Azadî movement). They were subsequently granted temporary release on bail pending the conclusion of legal proceedings.
