In a disturbing turn of events, Mamosta Hadi Ahmadi, a prominent Kurdish cleric from Paweh, has been sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the judicial of the Islamic Republic of Iran. 
 

According to a reliable source, This verdict, delivered by the Special Court for Clergy in Kermanshah (Kermashan), on charges of “Alleged Subversion Against the State”. 
 

As reported by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, Mamosta Hadi Ahmadi, known for his role as a preacher and educator at the Shams al-Arefin Najjar, religious school in Paweh, was convicted to Six months in prison by the designated clergy court of Kermanshah (Kermashan).
 

Mamosta Hadi Ahmadi had previously been summoned to the Special Court for Clergy in Kermanshah on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, where the legal proceedings leading to his recent conviction were initiated.
