In a troubling turn of events, Parsa Qubadi, an 18-year-old hailing from Shahini village in Kamyaran, has been arrested. Parsa was severely injured during the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadî" movement in Kermanshah on November 21, 2022.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Parsa Qubadi was taken into custody on September 4, 2023, during a raid on his father’s workplace by I.R.I. forces.

This arrest comes after Parsa had shown signs of recovery, announcing on July 20, 2023, via his Instagram account that his wounded eye had regained minimal eyesight.

However, his health is now at risk due to the interruption of his treatment and the denial of access to medication.

It's important to note that Parsa’s medical and treatment procedures for his eye injury were still incomplete at the time of his arrest. The situation surrounding Parsa Qubadi’s arrest is cause for concern.
