Sarpol-e Zahab: Government forces have arrested seven Kurdish youths

Shaho Moradi and Qanbar Veisi, both from Javanroud, along with five other Kurdish youths from Sarpol-e Zahab—named Mohammad Eliasi Sarzali, Shaho Ahmadi, Kianush Akhgar, Milad Heydari, and Amir Mohammad Ranjbar—were apprehended during a violent government forces’ operation.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights, Shaho Moradi, 26 years old, and Qanbar Veisi, 34 years old, both from Javanroud, were arrested alongside Mohammad Eliasi Sarzali, 32 years old, Shaho Ahmadi, 29 years old, Kianush Akhgar, 32 years old, Milad Heydari, 26 years old, and Amir Mohammad Ranjbar, 34 years old, in Sarpol - eZahab by government forces.
Hengaw sources indicate that these citizens were detained during a coordinated and violent attack by various government institutions and subsequently relocated to undisclosed locations.
Media outlets affiliated with the Islamic Republic, citing Amir Faizi, the prosecutor of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Sarpol-e Zahab, have asserted that these young individuals are among the “leaders of the protests.”
As of now, detailed information about the charges against these citizens, as well as their current conditions and whereabouts, remains unknown.
