Behnam Samouri, a 17-year-old Kurdish teenager from Dehloran in Ilam province, was apprehended by Iranian government forces and subsequently transported to an undisclosed location.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization For Human Rights, on Sunday, September 17, 2023, Behnam Samouri, a 17-year-old teenager from Dehloran, was apprehended during an operation conducted by the government forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In addition, during the first three days of this week, three more citizens from Dehloran, namely Mehdi Hatami, Sajjad Saidmoradi, and Reza Ebrahimi, were apprehended by Iranian government forces.
Following his arrest, Behnam Samouri was relocated to an undisclosed location, and detailed information regarding the charges against him is not yet available.
