Samira Ahmadi, a civil rights activist from Saqqez who was detained by the Intelligence Agency 21 days ago, has been subjected to severe pressure and forced to sign a false confession during her detention at the intelligence detention center.

According to reports received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, Samira Ahmadi, a civil rights activist from Saqqez, was transferred to the Intelligence Agency detention center in Sanandaj following her arrest in Saqqez. She was recently forced to make a coerced confession.
 

According to an informed source, Samira Ahmadi, during her detention, has been deprived of any visitation and access to a lawyer.
 

Hengaw previously reported on the arrest of Samira Ahmadi, stating that the forces of the Ministry of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic, in four vehicles and without presenting any judicial warrant, assaulted Samira Ahmadi while making the arrest on the "Shahrdari" street in Saqqez.
 

This civil rights activist was arrested on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 22, 2023, in the city of Saqqez and was transferred to the Intelligence Agency detention center in Sanandaj a few days later.
