9 More Citizens Arrested in Kurdistan Cities

Hengaw: Over the past few days, Iran's Intelligence forces arrested 4 other citizens in Piranshahr and transferred them to Urmia. Yet, 5 citizens have been arrested in Nodsheh, Ilam, Urmia and Khoy.

In mid-December, Piranshahr's Intelligence forces arrested 4 citizens in the city, according to the report of Hengaw Organisation for Human Rights.

Tge identity of the arrested citizens are in the order of below:

1- Seid Loqman Taheri, 45 years old
2- Seid Mosleh Taheri, 50 years old
3- Seid Rahim known as (tractorsaz)
4- Ahmad Qalatarash

These citizens have all been arrested on charge of cooperating with Kurdish opposition parties in Iran and been sent to Urmia's Intelligence office lockup. Yet over the past few days 4 other citizens had been arrested in Piranshahr, noted Hengaw's reporter in Piranshahr.

On the other hand on Sunday, December 23, Amir Barakati, a young kurdish citizen from Ilam, was arrested in his workplace at Farabi Street on charge of cooperating with Kurdish opposition parties and transferred to an unknown place. Yet, on the same night, Jahangir Mahumudi son of Habibollah from Nodsheh was arrested by Iran's security forces
