Hengaw: A political Kurdish refugee who has been in Sweden for the past 9 years to seek refugee asylum is about to be deported back to Iran after his asylum application got rejected.

According to the report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Seyed Zakarya Hosseini, a political Kurdish activist, who has spent the past 9 years in Sweden is about to be deported back to Iran after his asylum application got rejected by Sweden office for migration.

Zakarya Hosseini is from Sardasht and is a member of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan (HDK). He has received the news of his deportation recently after 9 years and he has to leave Sweden otherwise he will be deported back to Iran.

Hengaw Organization for Human Rights expresses concern about the possibility of Zakarya Hosseini’s deportation and asks all the Human Rights Organizations to help prevent this political activist’s deportation.
