During the protests on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, a 20-year-old man from Kermanshah named Reza Shahparnia was killed by anti-riot forces.
 

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Reza Shahparnia was shot in the chest by anti-riot forces during public protests against the death of Zhina Amini near Kermanshah's Ferdowsi Square.
 

After three days, the burial ceremony for this young Kurdish man was held on Thursday in plot 106 of the Brimond cemetery in Kermanshah under tight security.
 

According to Hengaw sources, the Islamic Republic of Iran's security forces pressed the family of this young man to present Reza Shahirnia as a martyr of the regime and to claim that he was shot by opposition Groups.
 

It should be recalled that on the same day, the same forces opened fire on demonstrators in Kermanshah, killing a 62-year-old woman named Mino Majidi from Qasre Shirin - Kermanshah.
