An Afghan prisoner executed in Aligudarz Central Prison

The death sentence of Jalal Stanekzai, an Afghan national, was carried out in Aligudarz Central Prison in Lorestan Province. He had been sentenced to death on charges of premeditated murder.

Jalal Stanekzai had been arrested four years ago on murder charges and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
