Following the wave of arrests of Kurdish citizens, the Iranian government forces abducted three citizens named Mohammad Mami, Abbas Arghandeh, and Mohammad Karami in the cities of Ilam and Malekshahi.

According to the report received by the Hengaw human rights organization, on November 6, 2022, Mohammad Mami, a 30-year-old citizen from Malekshahi, was kidnapped by Iranian government forces.

Also, 48 hours apart on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Iranian government forces abducted Abbas Arghandeh and Mohammad Karami from Malekshahi.

According to Hengaw, 27-year-old Abbas Arghandeh was also abducted on Saadi Street in Ilam.

So far, there is no information available on the current situation of these abducted citizens or their whereabouts.

In the past few days, there have been numerous reports of threats and pressure on the families of abducted citizens by the Iranian government forces.
