About two months have passed since the kidnapping of three brothers from Saqqez named Nizam Baradaran, Arsalan Baradaran, and Atta Baradaran by the government forces; they are still in government custody with indecision.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the three brothers from Saqqez City, Nizam Baradaran, 42, Ata Baradaran, 35, and Arsalan Baradaran, 31, have been held without charge for more than two months.
According to a source close to the family of these three brothers, Ata and Arslan are kept in Saqqez prison, and the Nizam is kept in the Sanandaj intelligence detention center.
These three were attacked and kidnapped by the government forces in their family house on January 30, 2023, in the "Karimabad" neighborhood of Saqqez city.
It should be mentioned that these three brothers have been deprived of the right to access a lawyer during the last two months.
