According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on May 6th, 2023, Arwin Nikpay, a 20-year-old from Ney in Marivan County, attempted suicide in the detention center of the intelligence department of Marivan and was taken to Fajr Hospital in an ambulance.
According to an informer from Fajr Hospital in Marivan, Arwin Nikpay has attempted to end his life by drinking shampoo and cutting his veins.
