Fatemeh Haqqani has been taken into custody by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Galugah, a city within Mazandaran province. Her arrest followed the publication of critical materials against the Government- Sanctioned Killing of Armita Garavand.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the morning of Monday, October 30, 2023, Fatemeh Haqqani, a resident of Galugah in Mazandaran, was apprehended.
According to a reliable source, her arrest was carried out by security agents in connection with her dissemination of material critical of the Government- Sanctioned Killing of Armita Garavand.
Following her arrest by the security forces, Fatemeh Haqqani was transferred to an undisclosed location, and there is currently no available information about her well-being or the conditions of her detention.
