The Death Sentence of a Prisoner Carried Out in Isfahan Prison

The death sentence of a prisoner with the identity of Dawood Zohrabi from Shiraz, who was previously sentenced to death for drug-related charges, was carried out in Isfahan Central Prison (Dastgerd Prison).

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Monday, August 12, 2024, the death sentence of Dawood Zohrabi, a 35-year-old prisoner from Shiraz, Fars province, was carried out in Isfahan Central Prison.

According to informed sources, Dawood Zohrabi was arrested three years ago and sentenced to death by the Iranian Judiciary for drug-related charges.

To date, the news of the execution of this prisoner has not been announced in the Iranian state media, especially the media affiliated with the judiciary.
