The death sentence of a prisoner named Vahid Norouzi, who had previously been sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary on charges of "premeditated murder," was carried out in Mashhad Central Prison.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the morning of Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the death sentence of 32-year-old Vahid Norouzi, a resident of Mashhad, was carried out in Vakilabad Prison in this city.
This prisoner had been convicted of "premeditated murder" involving the use of a firearm during an arrest two years ago and was eventually sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary.
