Security forces kill Baloch man in Delgan

A young Baloch man, Majid Emrar, was shot and killed by plainclothes agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s security forces in the city of Delgan, located in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.

According to reports received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Sunday, April 6, 2025, Majid Emrar, aged 23, was fatally shot by plainclothes forces while riding his motorbike in Hoseinabad village, near Delgan.

Witnesses stated that the agents opened fire without issuing any warning or stop order. After shooting him, the forces left the scene without checking his condition.
