Five prisoners executed across Iran, including two Baloch and two Lor

The death sentences of five prisoners, including two Baloch and two Lor, were carried out in the prisons of Iranshahr, Kerman, Arak, and Khorramabad. The executed prisoners were identified as Hafiz Siahkhani, Milad Narouyi, Behzad Zeinali, Ali Omidi-Moghadam, and Iman Jouzi. They had been convicted on charges of premeditated murder and drug-related offenses.
According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the execution of a Baloch prisoner named Hafiz Siahkhani, 38, from the village of Shahrdaraz in Iranshahr County, was carried out at dawn on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in Iranshahr Central Prison.
Siahkhani had been arrested 14 years ago on charges of murder and sentenced to death. On the night before his execution, he was transferred from the general ward of Iranshahr Prison to solitary confinement. His execution was carried out while he was denied a final meeting with his family.
On the same day, the death sentences of another Baloch prisoner, named Milad Narouyi (Davoudi), 29, from Zahedan, was carried out in Kerman Central Prison.
Milad Narouyi was also arrested three years ago, all on drug-related charges. He was subsequently sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary.
Also on Tuesday, the death sentence of another prisoner, Behzad Zeinali, who had been convicted on drug-related charges, was carried out in Arak Central Prison.
Separately, on Monday, August 18, 2025, the death sentences of two Lor prisoners were carried out in Khorramabad Central Prison. They were identified as Ali Omidi-Moghadam, 36, from the village of Doab in Veysian District, and Iman Jouzi, 32, from the city of Veysian, Lorestan Province.
Omidi-Moghadam had been arrested seven years ago on charges of murder during a street fight, while Jouzi had been arrested five years ago on charges of murder. Both were sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary.
These executions have not been published by state media, including outlets affiliated with the judiciary.
