Iranian authorities execute Kazem Jamshidi in Khorramabad Central Prison

Authorities in Iran have executed Kazem Jamshidi, a 29-year-old Lor prisoner, in Khorramabad Central Prison. He had been sentenced to death on drug-related charges.

According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Jamshidi was executed at dawn on Sunday, September 21, 2025. He had been arrested four years earlier and later condemned to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

State media, including outlets affiliated with the judiciary, have not reported his execution.
