IRGC forces kill two Kurdish brothers, withhold the bodies

Two Kurdish brothers from Khoy, Khales Parvizi and Youssef Parvizi, were shot and killed by the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the two brothers, aged 30 and 40, both married, fathers of several children, and residents of Qanleh village in Khoy, were killed in the early hours of November 15, 2025, by direct fire from IRGC Intelligence forces.

A source close to the Parvizi family stated that the brothers were targeted while driving in the Qotur border district of Khoy and died at the scene.

The source added that IRGC Intelligence has taken possession of the bodies of the two brothers and continues to withhold their remains from their family.
