Iranian forces kill Ejmin Masihi, an Armenian resident of Tehran

Ejmin Masihi, an Armenian resident of Tehran, was killed after being directly shot by state forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran during the recent protests.

Hengaw Organization for Human Rights has learned that Ejmin Masihi, an Armenian resident of Tehran’s Majidiyeh neighborhood, was killed on Saturday, January 10, 2026.

According to further details, Ejmin Masihi was shot dead by state forces in the midst of protests in Tehran’s Narmak neighborhood.

The Armenian community constitutes part of Iranian society, with the majority residing in Tehran, and represents the largest Christian community in Iran.
