Two Baloch teenagers shot dead by IRGC forces near Saravan border

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) shot and killed two Baloch teenagers near the Saravan border, according to information obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights.
The incident occurred early Monday, April 13, 2026, in the Kalgan border area of Golshan county, where IRGC forces opened fire without warning on the two teenagers who were grazing livestock near the village of Bunser.
The victims were identified as Amran Siyahani, 17, and Ali Siyahani, 18, both residents of the border village of Bunser.
Amran Siyahani was killed instantly after being struck by two bullets to the chest, and his body was transferred to a military outpost by government forces. Ali Siyahani was critically wounded and left at the scene for several hours without medical assistance. He later died from his injuries while being transported to a hospital after being found by his family, according to the Baloch- focused outlet Haalvsh.
