Amin Rajabian executed in Shirvan Central Prison

Amin Rajabian, a Kurdish prisoner who had previously been sentenced to death on a charge of “premeditated murder,” was executed in Shirvan Central Prison in North Khorasan Province.

According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the execution of Amin Rajabian, a 32-year-old resident of Shirvan, was carried out in the early hours of Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Shirvan Central Prison.

Sources told Hengaw that Rajabian had been arrested five years ago on a charge of “premeditated murder” and was later sentenced to death by the Iranian Judiciary.

The execution has not been announced by Iranian state media or judiciary-affiliated official sources.
