33-year prison for Kurdish citizens in March 2019

Hengaw: During in March, the Iranian judiciary has sentenced 9 Kurdish citizens to prison.

During in March, the Iranian judiciary has condemned 9 Kurdish citizens to 33 years in prison, according to a report from the Hengaw Statistics Center.

According to the report, eight political activists were sentenced to thirty years in prison and one labour activist to three years in prison.

Five people convicted of prison were from Kurdistan Province (Sanandaj) and four from West Azerbaijan Province (Urmia).
