A Khorasani Kurd was executed

Hengaw: A Kurdish man from Khorasan was executed.
According to reports received by Hengaw, the death sentence of Mahdi Fayiz, a Kurd Shirwan Khorasan was carried out on Thursday, Feb 16 in the Qzilhisabi Karaj prison.
Mr. Fayiz was sentenced to death by the revolutionary court for alleged drug-related offenses.
Based on Hangaw’s records, ever since the beginning of the New Year at least 25 Kurds have been executed in Iran.
