Baloch men Saeed Raeisi and Mohsen Raeisi arrested by IRGC Intelligence Forces in Mehrestan

Saeed Raeisi and Mohsen Raeisi, two Baloch men from Mehrestan in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, were arrested by agents of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Intelligence Organization.
According to reports received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the arrests took place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Saeed, 25, from the village of Ashar, and Mohsen, 29, a father of two from the village of Irafshan, were detained during separate operations.
IRGC intelligence agents first raided Saeed’s shop and took him into custody. They then proceeded to the home of Mohsen in his village, where he was also arrested.
No information is available regarding the reasons for their arrest, their current whereabouts, or the charges filed against them.
