Hengaw: A tradesman from Marivan, Kurdistan Province got wounded by being directly shot at by police forces. He has had surgery three times now and his family has not been allowed to visit him.

According to the report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Thursday evening, October 15, 2020, police forces of Kermanshah opened fire to a peugeot which was suspicious of hiding prohibited goods.

Hengaw’s reporter in Kermanshah declared that as a result of the police forces shooting the driver named Esmaeel Nowrouzi, 36, from Kani Dinar town in Marivan got wounded severely. An informed source revealed that Esmaeel Nowrouzi was shot at several times and is in Taleghani hospital in Kermanshah now. He has had three surgeries.

A close relative of Nowrouzis told Hengaw that police forces have not allowed the family to visit him yet.
