Asking for 10 millard Tomans bail for contemporary releasing of a political prisoner from Naqadeh prison

Hengaw: A kurdish citizen from Naqadeh is in prison for three years without any trial of judicial system. He has been detained in charge of membership in Kurdish opposition parties of Iran.

According to the report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the authorities of Naqadeh prison have asked for a heavy bail of 10 millard Tomans for contemporary releasing of Sayed Mohammed Hoseini, a political prisoner from Naghadeh who is in detention in Central prison of his city.

Based on an informed source, Sayed Mohammed Hoseini has previously been the member of Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan and has been returned to Naqdeh after separation from the party and taking safe- conduct from Iranian authorities.

The source added that Sayed Mohammed Hoseini was arrested after returning by Iranian security forces in spite of taking safe conduct and from then had been in detention in Naqadeh central prison without having right to temporarily release from prison.
