15-year-old Kurdish teenager arrested in Mahabad

Hengaw : A Kirdish teenager from Mahabad has been arrested by Iranian security forces on charges of supporting a Kurdish party.

According to a report received by Hengaw  Human Rights Organization.  On Wednesday, March 17, 2021, Iranian security forces arrested a 15-year-old boy identified as  " Peshawa Rahmanifar" and transferred him to an unknown location without issuing a court order.

According to an informed source, Peshawa Rahmanifar has been arrested on charges of supporting a Kurdish opposition party.

As of preparation of this report ,Despite the 15-year-old teenager’s family’s follow ups , there is still no information about his fate .
