Detention of the sixth citizen in Bukan

Hengaw: Following the wave of arrests of Kurdish citizens, the sixth citizen of Bukan was arrested by the security services of this city.

According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, July 29, 2021, security forces in Bukan arrested a citizen from the village of "Rahim Khan" with the identity of "Chia Aghabigpour" and transferred him to an unknown location.

According to the same source, Chia Aghabigopour has been arrested on charges of collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party without a warrant.

In the past few days, at least five other citizens, namely Anwar Maleki, Kamal Abbasivand, Kajal Amini, Shamzin Mohammadi and Azima Naseri, have been detained by Bukan Corps intelligence forces and transferred to Urmia.
